We provide full service landlord representation services for leasing. We will work with asset managers to create a budget followed by a marketing plan that we will execute autonomously. We have recent successes of being 1st and 2nd place in all of our sub-markets in terms of absorption during harsh leasing conditions. We are continually thinking out of the box to interest the brokerage community, including 3D virtual tours, rendering fly-throughs of spaces and targeted leasing incentives to the tenant brokerage community. Working closely with property management, we are confident about increasing occupancy and rental rates on your asset while keeping down out of pocket costs.
Construction Management
We handle all tenant construction projects for assets that we manage. From start to finish, we competently and efficiently ensure that our tenants are occupying their spaces; on budget and on time, every time. Our in house project managers coordinate design, permitting, construction and move in schedules using the latest industry tools. With our network of contractors and sub contractors, our delivered spaces come out looking more for less. For us it’s always about balancing tenant satisfaction with asset value and cash flow.
